Earlier this year, we shared that Lauryn Hill announced that she would be going on tour to commemorate her iconic album Miseducation which was released 20 years ago. The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill 20th Anniversary Tour was scheduled to begin July 5 at the Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater in Virginia Beach, but now the date has been pushed back.
According to sources, some of her tour dates have postponed and cancelled.
The Virginia Pilot reports, “Shows Wednesday in Charlotte, tonight in Raleigh and Sunday in St. Petersburg, Fla, have been canceled too, as well as several other dates.”
In a statement released by Live Nation, is due to “unforeseen production issues.”
Ticket buyers can get full refund wherever tickets were purchased.
