Reality television fans will finally see the episode featuring Wendy Osefo on Wife Swap: The Real Housewives Edition, the network announced Monday. The episode is now scheduled to air Sunday, Nov. 9, at 9 p.m. Eastern on Bravo. It was originally slated for Oct. 14 but was postponed amid Osefo’s legal troubles.

The network initially pulled the premiere that would have featured Osefo after she and her husband, Eddie Osefo, were arrested for alleged fraud. The couple faces multiple counts tied to a reported April 2024 burglary and an insurance claim. Osefo’s episode was bumped to a later slot, and other episodes aired in the meantime.

What’s Coming and What’s Changed

In the upcoming installment, Osefo — known for her role on The Real Housewives of Potomac — will “swap lives” with another family in the show’s format. The series itself is a spin-off that pairs housewives from the franchise with non-stars for a lifestyle exchange experience. According to the network, Osefo’s scheduled swap underwent review before the new air date was announced.

A Bravo spokesperson would only say the revised date reflects internal scheduling decisions. Viewers will see how Osefo adapts to a drastically different daily rhythm than her own highly structured household.

Osefo’s legal situation remains unresolved. On Oct. 9 she and her husband were booked in Maryland and face multiple felony and misdemeanor counts for allegedly filing false claims and misreporting a burglary loss. A statement issued on behalf of the couple read, “We look forward to our day in court.”

The postponement fueled speculation among fans. On social media many expressed surprise but also renewed interest.

Producers now face the challenge of airing the episode with timing and tone in mind. One insider noted the network “wanted to ensure the story aired with context and clarity.”

When the episode airs, it will provide a rare behind-the-scenes look at Osefo in a non-franchise setting. According to the series’ trailer, she steps into a family with “free-spirited” rhythms, contrasting with her famously disciplined schedule. Her segment, scheduled for Nov. 9, may give fans fresh insight into her personality outside the luxury and conflict of her Housewives persona.
