Wendy Williams’ controversial docuseries “Where’s Wendy Williams?” may have more installments.
According to reports, Mark Ford and Eric Hanson, the producers of the docuseries, revealed that they have more of Williams’ story to tell and claimed to have the support of her family. “The story’s not over,” Ford said in an interview. “I could say that much… We’ve continued to be in touch with [the family] and they’re very supportive of the project.”
He continued, “I think, you know, this isn’t the end of this story. There’ll be more… I don’t think the world has seen the last of Wendy Williams.” The producers also explained that they hoped that this would give the media maven a chance to tell her story honestly and truthfully.
They also spoke about the backlash that they have received since the docuseries aired. “This is not an easy story to watch or to tell. But hopefully, we did it truthfully, with integrity, and sensitively.”
Since the docuseries has aired, Hanson and Ford revealed that they have not been in touch with Wendy Williams. However, they said that she had seen the series and stated that the people close to her said that she was okay with it.
Do you think that more parts of this docuseries should be released?
