The rumors swirling around Wendy Williams’ ex-husband, Kevin Hunter seem to be true.
After speculation about Hunter attempting to collect alimony from Williams in order to keep his house and pay off his debt, it has been reported that his house has fallen into foreclosure and that the house has been put up for sale.
The real estate reports say that Hunter has a “pending sale on the 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom, 3,425 sq ft. home located in Parkland, Florida.” He purchased the home in 2020 for $795,000 and was living there with his new partner. However, in April he would list the home for $1.3 million.
Kevin had to sell the house once he stopped receiving alimony payments from Wendy in 2022, although the payment was agreed upon by both parties as part of their divorce settlement.
As of June 29th, the property has been under contract and waiting for final approval.
