Wu-Tang Clan Embarks on “Wu-Tang Forever: The Final Chamber” Tour
RZA, the group’s de facto leader, expressed the significance of this farewell tour: “This is a special moment for me and all my Wu brothers to run around the globe together one more time and spread the Wu swag, music, and culture.” He emphasized the group’s intention to connect with their long-time supporters, stating, “Most importantly, to touch our fans and those who have supported us throughout the years.” RZA also highlighted that the performances will include tracks never before played live, promising, “We’ve designed a Wu-Tang show unlike anything you’ve ever seen.”
A Historic Farewell Tour
The tour will feature all surviving members of the Wu-Tang Clan: RZA, GZA, Method Man, Raekwon, Ghostface Killah, Inspectah Deck, U-God, Masta Killa, and Cappadonna. In honor of the late Ol’ Dirty Bastard, his son, Young Dirty Bastard, will perform alongside the group. The itinerary includes major cities such as Los Angeles, Chicago, Detroit, Boston, New York, and Toronto. Notably, there will be no pre-sale for tickets; general sales commence on February 28 at 10 a.m. local time.
This announcement follows the group’s historic Las Vegas residency in 2024, where they became the first hip-hop act to secure such a residency. Additionally, fans can anticipate the release of “Black Samson, The Bastard Swordsman,” a collaborative album with producer Mathematics, scheduled for April 12, 2025. This project marks the first time since 2014 that all nine living members have participated in a collective release.
As the Wu-Tang Clan embarks on this final journey, they aim to celebrate their enduring legacy and profound impact on the music industry. Fans are encouraged to secure tickets promptly for this historic and unprecedented tour.
