Television’s best actors and their biggest Hollywood supporters are gathering together tonight inside of Los Angeles’ Microsoft Theater to honor the best of primetime programming and the talent behind it all.
This year, the fight for the title of best television series, drama, comedy, and more is going to be tight – especially with shows like Atlanta, Black-ish, This Is Us, and Game of Thrones going against each other.
Donald Glover’s comedic drama, Atlanta, has four nominations for Outstanding Comedy Series, Lead Actor in a Comedy Series, Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series, and Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series. NBC’s This Is Us also leads the nominations with three nods in major categories Outstanding Drama Series and Lead Actor in a Drama Series, with Milo Ventimiglia and Sterling K. Brown going against each other for the Emmy.
