Dwyane Wade is letting the world know how much he admires his wife, Gabrielle Union.
As reported on the site, Gabrielle recently opened up on how she keeps her body in shape. She said she likes to mix up her routine, so she doesn’t “get anxiety staring at the treadmill.” She said,
“Cardio could be jumping jacks, running up my driveway, side shuffles like I used to do in basketball, an elliptical, treadmill, or sled pushes.”
When she wants to focus on toning her body, she does lunges and squats.
