Jada Pinkett Smith will reunite with fellow Girls Trip star Queen Latifah on an upcoming episode of The Equalizer.
According to Deadline, Smith will star as Jessie Cook, a thief with a photographic memory. Her character will be partnered with Latifah’s character, McCall although they don’t get along too well.
Besides working on this show together, Smith and Latifah have worked on numerous films together such as Set It Off, The Secret Life of Bees, which Jada was an executive producer on.
We recently reported that production for Girls Trip 2 is underway, however, there is no set date on when the movie will be released.
The Equalizer airs on Sundays at 8:30 pm on CBS.
