Bill Cosby is in and of the Montgomery County Courthouse this week as he awaits Judge Steven O’Neill’s sentencing ruling regarding his sexual assault conviction.
Judge O’Neill deemed Cosby a “sexually violent predator” this morning after hearing testimony from several accusers including supermodel Janice Dickinson and actress Lilli Bernard.
Andrea Constand, the accuser behind Cosby’s conviction, also testified for the judge.
Judge Stevens’ ruling means the 81-year-old comedian is facing up to 10 years in prison.
According to USA Today, “Cosby’s legal team, led by Philadelphia attorney Joseph Green, can begin the appeals process as soon as O’Neill hands down his sentence.”
