Smollett was sentenced to 150 days in jail, 30 months probation, and has to pay $25,000 in fines.  Judge James Linn said to the actor during the sentencing, “You’re just a charlatan pretending to be a victim of a hate crime.

It was reported earlier today by  a source close to Smollett, even with a clean record before this incident, he is looking at a possible, “three years in prison for each of the five felony counts of disorderly conduct, the charge filed for lying to the police of which he was convicted.”
