The cycle continues between Eva Marcille and her ex and father to her daughter, Kevin McCall.
If you can recall Eva and Kevin McCall, have been through a public break-up. Earlier this year, Eva opened up about Kevin being physically abusive to her while she was pregnant. “[The abuse] didn’t start for me until I was pregnant with Marley. And then about a month after having Marley, it didn’t stop; it got worse,” Marcille explained. “And it got worse with her.”
Well, now it looks like Kevin is ready to turn things around as he’s reportedly requesting joint custody of Marley Rae. He also wants child support and for Marley to have his last name.
At this time, Marley’s last name is the same as her step-fathers and Eva’s current husband Michael Sterling.
According to TMZ, “Kevin’s requesting a change to their previous custody order, so they can share joint physical and legal custody of 5-year-old Marley Rae.” Kevin thinks it’s in Marley’s best interest to “spend more time” with her father.
