Nick Cannon is sharing one of the things that he regrets from a previous relationship.
During a recent interview, the Wild’N Out star stated that he regrets not having a child with his ex-girlfriend, singer Christina Milan.
“If I say this, I know this gonna go viral, but when Christina Milian and I were doing ‘Love Don’t Cost a Thing,’ I remember when I found out she was pregnant [years later] … I was like, ‘Dang, man,’ but I was so happy for her,” Cannon said.
He continued, “I remember we was kids in love early on, and so we talked about that, but to each his own. Life plans it out. The universe gives it how it’s supposed to be given.” Nick Cannon and Christina Milian were in a two-year relationship after meeting on the set of “Love Don’t Cost a Thing.”
Christina Milian has two children, Violet, who she shares with her ex-husband The-Dream, and two sons, Isaiah and Kenna with her current husband Matt Pokora. Nick Cannon, however, has 12 children by six different women, including the twins he shared with his ex-wife, Mariah Carey.
The 42-year-old was asked if he was finished with having children, and he replied, “God decides when we’re done.” He added, “I’ve got my hands full and I’m so focused and I’m locked in… You know what, when I’m 85, you never know. I might.”
