Actor Orlando Brown will be receiving a mental evaluation after his recent arrest.

TMZ reports that this evaluation will determine if Brown is able to stand trial for his criminal case in Ohio. In December, he was charged with aggravated menacing, which is a first-degree misdemeanor in Ohio. Brown pled not guilty however, his plea could change depending on the results of this evaluation.

The day of his arrest, cops were called after it was reported that two men had been fighting. The victim informed officers that the actor had threatened him while swinging a hammer and a knife blade.

Orlando Brown is currently under house arrest after being released from custody on Friday on a $25,000 bond.
