‘RHOA’ Star Eva Marcille Reportedly Says Ex-Kevin McCall Is Using Custody Suit to Harass her

Ever since Eva Marcille started The Real Housewives of Atlanta her life has been getting a lot more attention. Model and reality star opened up about her ex-fiancè Kevin McCall. The two shares a five-year old daughter, Marley Rae. According to reports, model states her baby daddy Kevin McCall’s custody case against her over their daughter Marley Rae is his latest attempt to harass and stalk her. 

 

In court papers Marcille stated McCall would be physically abusive her then boost about it afterwards. She also said that he would openly praise the man who murdered her best friend, before taking his own life. 

 

It was reported that last month McCall sued Marcille for joint custody of five-year old daughter Marley Rae. In doing this he also asked the judge to make Marcille pay him child support for when the daughter is in his care. 

 

Marcille then said McCall has never financially supported their daughter, Marely, also him never attended the court-ordered parenting classes. The judge then issued a permanent restraining order that stop contact from Marcille and their child. 

 

 Marcille explained to the judge, that if granted joint custody it would cause emotional distress and will disrupt the stable life she has now. McCall still continues posting strange messages stating that he “is a ticking time bomb”. Eva uses this a evidence to the judge on the case.
