Shondaland’s Bridgerton is returning for a third season!
Part 1 will premiere on May 16, 2024, followed by part 2 on June 13, 2024. There are a total of eight episodes.
According to a press release, the season will follow the budding romance between Penelope Featherington (Nicola Coughlan) and Colin Bridgerton (Luke Newton), known by fans as #Polin.
In conjunction with the new announcement, Netflix and Shondaland unveiled a video asset– featuring a voiceover by Lady Whistledown herself– that captures and highlights the passionate anticipation from fans for any information on the new season. The video weaves together fan tweets, comments from various social media platforms, and TikTok videos, revealing the series’ return dates.
The season 3 announcement follows the news of the Shondaland and Allure Bridals. The Bridal company is helping to bring the stylistic world of dramatic elegance and big bows to life. Inspired by the jaw-dropping gowns of Bridgerton and Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story these wedding dresses will allow brides-to-be to create their very own Georgian-dress.
