Sarunas Jackson’s restraining order request against Keke Palmer and her mother Sharon Palmer has been denied.

A Los Angeles Superior Court judge has reportedly turned down the request for a temporary restraining order on Tuesday, January 23.  We reported that the Insecure star has filed a restraining order request which included a series of emails between Palmer and ex-boyfriend, Darius Jackson’s lawyers, where he claimed that he was concerned about his brother’s well-being around Palmer’s family.

“[Keke] has harassed and stalked my friends and family’s social media. She has reached out to people in relation to me to lie on me and my family. Has caused career damage,” the suit said. He went on to speak about Keke’s mother and said, “[Sharon] publicly lied on me and my family, so we are now receiving death threats. She threatened to put a bullet in my brother’s head.”

The judge has scheduled a hearing for Sarunas Jackson to fight for a permanent restraining order in February. We will keep you posted on this story as it develops.
