In a recent interview, actor Jonathan Majors addressed the leaked audio in which he allegedly admits to assaulting his ex-girlfriend, Grace Jabbari. The recording, obtained by Rolling Stone, captures a conversation where Majors acknowledges aggressive behavior towards Jabbari during a 2022 incident in London.

In the audio, Jabbari confronts Majors, stating, “You strangled me and pushed me against the car.” Majors responds, “Yes, all those things are under ‘aggressed,’ yeah.”

Jonathan Majors Response to the Leaked Audio

When asked about the leaked recording, Majors expressed gratitude for his personal growth. He stated, “I was so grateful that I had done my work, and am continuing to do my work.” He added, “I can’t speak to it, but obviously, because you’re talking about it, there are vibrations, reverberations, same as everything before. But I was happy I’d done my work.”

The leaked audio pertains to an incident in September 2022, months before Majors’ arrest in March 2023 for assaulting Jabbari in New York. Following the arrest, Majors faced charges of misdemeanor assault and harassment. In December 2023, he was convicted and sentenced to a 52-week domestic violence intervention program and probation.

Jabbari later filed a lawsuit against Majors in March 2024, alleging defamation, assault, and battery. The lawsuit was dismissed with prejudice in November 2024.

Career Impact and Personal Life

The allegations and subsequent conviction have significantly impacted Majors’ career. He was dropped from several projects, including his role in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Despite these setbacks, Majors continues to work in the industry. He is set to star in the upcoming film “Magazine Dreams,” scheduled for release later this year.

On a personal note, Majors began dating actress Meagan Good in May 2023. The couple announced their engagement in November 2024 and married in March 2025.

As Majors navigates the repercussions of the leaked audio and past legal issues, he emphasizes his commitment to personal growth and professional resilience. The public and industry stakeholders continue to watch closely as he seeks to rebuild his reputation and career.
