Alicia Brown, the estranged wife of Atlanta radio personality Big Tigger, has been arrested in Georgia on outstanding kidnapping-related warrants issued in Maryland. The arrest marks another development in an already complex legal dispute involving the couple.

According to the Hart County Sheriff’s Office, deputies stopped Brown’s SUV on Interstate 85 after receiving a “Be On the Lookout” alert tied to outstanding warrants from Maryland. Authorities conducted a felony traffic stop with assistance from the Georgia State Patrol and took Brown into custody without incident.

Officials said two young children were inside the vehicle at the time of the stop. Both children were recovered safely and were not injured. Multiple reports indicate one of the children is shared by Brown and Big Tigger, whose legal name is Darian Morgan.

Arrest Linked To 2019 Missing Child Case

Investigators said the Maryland warrants stem from the 2019 disappearance of Brown’s daughter, Ailea Brown. The child was reported missing shortly before she was scheduled to be transferred into her father’s custody following a family court ruling. Authorities have continued investigating the case for several years.

Brown also faces a felony interference with child custody charge in Georgia. Officials said Maryland authorities intend to seek her extradition so she can answer the outstanding warrants.

Law enforcement has not announced additional charges beyond those already filed. The investigation remains ongoing.

Latest Twist In High-Profile Family Dispute

Brown’s arrest comes weeks after Big Tigger made headlines following his own legal troubles.

Last month, the longtime Atlanta radio host was arrested on aggravated battery and cruelty-to-children charges stemming from an alleged domestic incident involving Brown. Morgan has denied the allegations against him.

Following that arrest, Brown obtained a temporary protective order. Court filings granted her temporary custody of the couple’s minor children and exclusive use of the family residence while legal proceedings continue.

Additional video footage later surfaced online showing another confrontation between the estranged couple involving a cellphone. The footage generated widespread discussion on social media, though it has not altered the pending criminal proceedings against either party.

The legal matters involving Brown and Morgan remain separate despite unfolding during the same time period.

Brown is expected to remain in custody as extradition proceedings move forward. Maryland authorities have indicated they plan to pursue the case connected to the 2019 disappearance of her daughter.

Neither Brown nor her attorney had publicly responded to the latest arrest as of Wednesday. Likewise, Morgan has not publicly commented on Brown’s arrest. Both cases remain active, and no court has determined Brown’s guilt regarding the kidnapping-related allegations. The charges against all parties are allegations until proven in court.
