Beyoncé’s publicist, Yvette Noel-Schure, is pushing back on speculation that the superstar will launch a new musical era at the upcoming Met Gala.

The rumor, widely circulated among fans online, suggested the singer would debut “Act III” of her ongoing album trilogy during the high-profile event. The theory gained traction in recent days as anticipation builds for the gala, scheduled for May 4.

“This is unequivocally false!!” Noel-Schure said, responding to a fan theory on social media.

Rumor Gains Momentum Online

Speculation around Beyoncé’s next move is not unusual. The singer has built a reputation for surprise releases and unconventional rollouts, often avoiding traditional promotion strategies.

Fans pointed to the timing of the Met Gala, along with Beyoncé’s role as a co-chair this year, as evidence that a major announcement could be imminent. Some also cited her past use of high-visibility platforms to hint at new music.

The theory suggested that “Act III” would follow her previous projects, including “Renaissance” and “Cowboy Carter,” completing a trilogy of albums.

Still, Noel-Schure’s swift denial appears to have tempered expectations, at least for now.

Industry observers note that fan-driven speculation often intensifies ahead of major cultural events like the Met Gala, where celebrity appearances can dominate headlines.

Anticipation Remains High

Despite the denial, interest in Beyoncé’s next project remains strong. The singer has not publicly confirmed details about a third installment in the trilogy, leaving fans to analyze social media posts and public appearances for clues.

Her expected return to the Met Gala is also generating excitement. Beyoncé has not attended the event in nearly a decade, adding to the sense of anticipation surrounding her appearance.

While the publicist’s statement appears definitive, some fans remain hopeful that Beyoncé could still deliver a surprise.

That possibility reflects the artist’s history of defying expectations and controlling her narrative.

For now, however, representatives say there are no plans to launch “Act III” at the Met Gala, leaving fans waiting for official word on what comes next.
