A Georgia judge has finalized the divorce between “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Drew Sidora and her estranged husband Ralph Pittman, ending a contentious legal battle that spanned several years. The final judgment, entered June 8, requires Sidora to pay monthly child support to Pittman after the court determined she earns a significantly higher monthly income than her former spouse.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the judge calculated Sidora’s monthly income at approximately $38,000. Pittman’s monthly earnings were determined to be around $27,000. These figures contradicted Sidora’s earlier legal filings, where she alleged her husband earned upwards of $70,000 per month. As a result of the income disparity, the “RHOA” star was ordered to pay Pittman $2,218 every month to support their two children.
The distribution of the couple’s substantial assets was also cleared up in the June ruling. The pair, who married in 2014 and separated in 2023, shared a $1.9 million residence in the Atlanta area. The court awarded Pittman sole ownership of the home, which is currently tied to several loans. However, Pittman is required to pay Sidora approximately $145,000 to buy out her interest and equity in the property.
Legal proceedings regarding the home have been volatile over the last few months. Sidora was previously ordered to vacate the premises, but that decision was temporarily stayed after she argued that an immediate eviction would leave her homeless. Under the new final judgment, Sidora is once again ordered to move out of the residence once she receives her equity payment from Pittman.
Asset division extended beyond real estate to the former couple’s luxury vehicle fleet. Sidora was awarded the couple’s Cadillac Escalade, while Pittman will keep a Porsche Taycan and a Cadillac XT5. In a move common in modern divorce settlements, the court also addressed the family pet, granting Sidora custody of the family dog. Notably, neither party was awarded spousal support.
The judgment also handles the personal branding of the reality star, noting that the actress will have her legal last name restored to Jordan. The ruling effectively closes a chapter for Sidora that was characterized by public mudslinging and accusations of financial mismanagement.
The divorce finalization comes after Sidora recently asked the court to compel Pittman to cover $400,000 of her legal fees. Despite the ongoing tension, the final judgment provides a clear roadmap for the co-parents as they move forward independently. Representatives for Sidora and Pittman have not yet provided additional comments on the finalized terms.
