Faith Evans may be heading to court over the late Kim Porter’s alleged diary.

The singer reportedly wants to take the publisher of Kim’s Lost Words to court due to the book making claims of his late husband The Notorious B.I.G.’s 1997 murder. The 60-page book spoke on things that Diddy may have done, including he orchestrated Evans’ relationship with Biggie as a way to watch him. It also claims that she had played a role in Biggie’s death.

Sources close to the singer said that she was “mortified” by the claims in the memoir. The Notorious B.I.G. whose real name was Christopher Wallace, was fatally shot on March 9, 1997. Since his untimely passing, many people have come up with their own conspiracy theories about his death.

The source said, “Faith Evans is seriously considering taking legal action against the author of the Kim Porter book.” The source also shared that Evans was unaware of the book until she began to receive phone calls about the concerning allegations in the book. Christopher Wallace Jr. (CJ), the son of Faith Evans and The Notorious B.I.G., is said to be “confused and disgusted” by the allegations.

Faith Evan has denied all allegations. So far, no official legal actions were filed, but she apparently still weighing her options. This comes after Kim Porter’s children release a statement claiming the memoir is not something that their mother wrote.
