Keshia Knight Pulliam Honors Late Actor Malcolm-Jamal Warner On His Birthday

Keshia Knight Pulliam took a moment to pay tribute to her longtime friend and former The Cosby Show co-star Malcolm-Jamal Warner on late his birthday.

Pulliam, who grew up on screen alongside Warner in the iconic family sitcom, shared a heartfelt message honoring the actor’s special day. The two have maintained a close bond since their days playing Rudy and Theo Huxtable, with Pulliam often crediting the show’s cast for being like a second family to her.

“The day we took this picture was such a great day. I will always hold the memories, laughter and love in my heart. Happy Birthday [heart emoji].”

 

Malcolm-Jamal Warner’s Mother Speaks:

Malcolm-Jamal Warner tragically passed away at the age of 54. 

According to TMZ, Warner died on July 20 while vacationing with his family in Costa Rica after drowning in Playa Cocles. His death has been officially ruled as asphyxia by drowning.

His mother, Pamela, recently paid tribute to former Cosby Show actor in a heartfelt social media post. 

“Needless to say, our hearts are heavy with the loss of Malcom,” she wrote in an Instagram post on Friday (Aug 8). “He was a kind, loving man with a huge heart for humanity.” She continued: “He wanted all to be aware of their inner strength and that they could succeed, accomplish, and transform. This was his latest mission and work, transformation, in order for you to be fully present in your life.”
