Ray J is again publicly accusing Kim Kardashian and her mother, Kris Jenner, of serious wrongdoing. The singer and entrepreneur used social media interviews to revive claims tied to Kardashian’s rise to fame. His remarks center on the decades-old sex tape controversy that first brought Kardashian national attention.
Ray J, whose real name is Ray Norwood Jr., did not mince words.
“What we did was always supposed to be private,” he said in a recent livestream.
“This was not some random leak,” he added. “This was a plan.”
He went further, calling Kardashian and Jenner a “criminal enterprise.”
Ray J claimed the release of the tape was coordinated and financially motivated.
“They’ve been lying about this for years,” he said. “I’m tired of being the fall guy.”
Renewed Allegations Reignite Old Controversy
The comments follow years of public disputes between Ray J and the Kardashian family. In 2022, he released alleged messages and documents to support his claims. He said the tape’s distribution involved multiple versions and formal agreements.
“There were contracts,” Ray J said. “There were meetings. There was strategy behind it.”
Kardashian has long denied those accusations. She previously described the tape as a deeply painful invasion of privacy. In earlier episodes of her family’s reality show, she said she felt humiliated and exploited.
Jenner has also denied involvement. She previously called claims of orchestration “absolutely false.” She said her priority was protecting her daughter, not profiting from her.
Ray J disputed that narrative.
“Don’t tell the public one story while hiding another,” he said. “I lived this.”
Legal experts note Ray J has not filed new lawsuits connected to his recent remarks. Without court action, the claims remain allegations. Public opinion, however, continues to be divided.
The controversy reflects broader debates about celebrity, consent and media power. The Kardashian brand has grown into a multibillion-dollar empire. It spans fashion, television, beauty and technology ventures.
Ray J acknowledged Kardashian’s success but questioned its foundation.
“You can be successful and still be wrong,” he said. “Those two things can exist together.”
Neither Kardashian nor Jenner has responded publicly to his latest statements. Their representatives declined comment when contacted.
Ray J said he is motivated by truth, not attention.
“I’ve stayed quiet for too long,” he said. “This is about clearing my name.”
