Former NFL Cornerback Richard Sherman has been arrested for a DUI near Seattle, Washington.
According to reports, Sherman was taken to the Kings County Correctional Facility on Saturday morning where he was also booked. Washington State Patrol is currently investigating the incident and no new details have been released.
This isn’t the first time that the former Seattle Seahawks player has been in trouble with the law. In March 2022, he pled guilty to first-degree negligent driving, second-degree criminal trespass, and speeding in a construction zone.
This recent arrest can be a problem for Sherman because he was under monitored supervision for two years after his arrest in July 2021. During his time in the NFL, Richard Sherman has played with the Seahawks, the San Francisco 49ers, and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. In 2014, his team defeated the Denver Broncos in the Super Bowl at Metlife Stadium.
