R&B sensations, WanMor, are back with a brand-new single entitled “The One.” The song arrives via Mary J. Blige’s Beautiful Life Productions, Inc. and 300 Entertainment.
Produced by Hitmaka Tariq Beats, & Paul Cabbin, the track channels the spirit of nineties R&B with its sultry throwback bounce. The lyrics see the members persistently making a case for their affection to a crush. “I know you got a few options / But, you just became the main topic for me,” they sing.
Simultaneously, the brothers lock into a smooth back-and-forth punctuated by sky-high falsetto teeming with emotion.
The new single is the follow up to their cover of Tevin Campbell’s “Alone With You.” After its release, “Alone With You” became a top-add song at urban radio. According to Mediabase, it currently holds the No. 31 slot on the format.
WanMor is the definitive R&B boy group that is helping to keep love at the forefront. The quartet of blood brothers—Big Boy (19), Chulo (18), Tyvas (16), and Rocco (13), have been making waves in the music industry with their unique blend of harmonies, captivating performances, and soulful lyrics.
Last year, WanMor soared with the self-titled debut, WanMor EP. Their single “Mine (Remix)” generated millions of views and streams.
Additionally, they made their 2023 GRAMMY Awards debut, teaming up with the legendary Stevie Wonder to perform “The Way You Do The Things You Do”, originally by The Temptations as part of the Motown Anniversary Tribute.
WanMor became the first artists signed to Mary J. Blige’s Beautiful Life Productions—a 300 Entertainment company. Blige opened up about initially hearing the boys perform, stating, “When we heard WanMor sing, we knew we could stop looking. They are IT!”
