Marlon Jackson opens up about his last moments with his brother, Tito Jackson.

In a video posted on social media during one of The Jacksons’ concerts in Atlantic City, Marlon broke his silence about the passing of his older brother, Tito. In his speech, he spoke about the moment he found out about Tito’s passing.

While speaking to the crowd, he said, “The thing about it is that Tito had called me and we were on the phone laughing and joking, cracking jokes. An hour later, I got a phone call, I talked to the doctor and they told me he didn’t make it. I said what do you mean? His friend called me and told me ‘Tito is in the hospital and they’re working on him.’”

He also explained how the doctors put a breathing tube to help but it didn’t help. Marlon then went to the part of the stage where Tito would have stood, however it was a microphone stand with one of his jackets and signature hats on it. He was for a moment of silence from the crowd before speaking to the crowd again.

“On Sept 10, 2001, we had our last show with our brother, Michael. On Sept 10 10, 2024- last show with Tito,” he said before crying. We reported that Tito Jackson passed away at 70 years old after suffering a heart attack.

His death followed the death of Frankie Beverly and James Earl Jones.
