Evelyn Lozada & Wendy Williams Apologize To One Another Over Messy Feud

Evelyn Lozada and Wendy Williams are putting their differences to the side.

The two women have had ill feelings toward each other for years, but squashed it on The Wendy Show’s recent episode.

Their drama started in 2014 when Wendy congratulated Evelyn for having a baby with the now-former MLB player Carl Crawford. Wendy referred to the child as a “cash register.”

“I want to congratulate Evelyn Lozada. Evelyn gave birth to a cash register, oops, I mean baby boy with her fiancé, the $142 million Carl Crawford. I didn’t mean to make that cash register joke, but you see why it can be easily said. Evelyn girl, congratulations, and Carl like a lot of sports players and artist; he’s not a bad-looking man, but he certainly wasn’t getting the likes of Evelyn Lozada if he wasn’t playing baseball, do you understand what I mean? She’s upgraded him, and now that she’s had the baby, he’s upgrading her.”

Evelyn responded to Wendy’s comments on Twitter. Evelyn said she doesn’t bother anyone, so Wendy was out of line coming for her. Evelyn mentioned that Wendy’s now ex—husband, Kevin Hunter, bought shoes for another woman at her store in Miami. Take a look at screenshots captured by The Jasmine Brand.

Earlier this year, Wendy realized that she needed to apologize to Evelyn. When the reality star appeared on the daytime talk show, she clarified her story. Evelyn said, “He wasn’t at the store. He would have an assistant call and purchase the shoes for him. So he never came to the store. He would have someone else purchase the shoes. But we knew who he was purchasing the shoes for.” Take a look:

In 2019, Kevin’s years-long affair with a woman named Sharina Hudson was revealed. They also welcomed a child together. Wendy finalized her divorce from Kevin in 2020 before the pandemic hit.

Since then, Wendy has been living her best life. Her daytime talk show continues to blossom; she dropped a Lifetime biopic and documentary. The “how you doin’” host also has a new boo in her life, and things are seemingly going well.
